Classes
I offer small-group yoga classes that support rest, strength and seasonal wellbeing. Classes are welcoming, practical, and designed to meet you where you are whether you are looking to slow down, build resilience, or step out of routine for something more spacious. I have additional training and experience guiding people through injury, illness, pregnancy and post-natal period, hypermobility, neurological conditions and chronic pain.
Current offerings include Yoga Nidra for deep rest, studio Pilates for strength and stability, and seasonal yoga workshops that respond to the time of year.

Yoga Nidra (Guided Deep Rest)
Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation practice that supports deep rest, nervous system regulation, and mental clarity. Practised lying down or seated, it allows the body to settle while the mind is gently guided into a state of restorative awareness.
These sessions are particularly supportive if you feel tired but wired, mentally overloaded, or in need of genuine rest.
No movement experience is required, the practice is accessible, quiet, and deeply replenishing.

Studio Pilates (Strength & Stability)
Studio Pilates focuses on building strength, stability, and body awareness through controlled, low-impact movement. Classes emphasise quality of movement rather than intensity, supporting posture, joint health and everyday resilience.
Sessions are taught in small groups and are thoughtfully paced, making them suitable whether you are new to Pilates or returning after time away.

Private Pilates (Individual & Specialist Support)
Private Pilates sessions offer one-to-one, tailored support based on your individual needs, body history, and goals. These sessions are suitable for anyone seeking a more personalised approach and are particularly supportive if you are working with injury, pain, or specific health considerations.
Drawing on specialist training, sessions can be adapted to support pregnancy, hypermobility, and neurological conditions, as well as recovery from injury or long-term physical discomfort. The focus is on safe, intelligent movement that builds strength, confidence, and trust in your body.
Private sessions move at your pace and are shaped around what is appropriate for you, not a generic template.

Seasonal Yoga Retreats
Seasonal yoga retreats offer longer, more spacious sessions designed to reflect the rhythm of the year.
Workshops may include relaxed movement, breathwork, Yoga Nidra and guided reflection.
These sessions provide an opportunity to pause, reset, and reconnect by stepping out of weekly routine to mark seasonal change with intention and care.
