Service Description

Saturday mornings are for TaiChi Qigong -Practice of the Shu Jing Gong form. Learn the form , focus the mind , regulate the body. Supplement your daily life and compliment your other interests. There are 10 different sections that created 1 sequence complimented with a Qigong standing meditation each week. We think these Shaolin methods are extraordinary and it’s a great way to show up for yourself 🐉☯️🐉 Suitable for all levels to develop awareness of your body and mind & replenish the body tissues through movement while developing strength and cardio fitness and sense of inner stillness. With regular practice, you can expect the following benefits: - quick stress relief - greater strength, flexibility, and true freedom of movement - better balance resulting in falls prevention - muscle toning & improved posture and relief of back pain - improved circulation - increased energy and stamina - smooth and deep efficient breath - improved concentration and clearer thinking - heightened general awareness - relaxation, the calmness of mind, inner peace, and joy
