Service Description
This Powered by Pilates session uses the most up to date learning and theories on injury, pain and movement to give you that 1 to 1 feel in a group setting. You are guaranteed to come away understanding just a little more about the way your body moves. Class will use zoom online conferencing software to bring a pilates class to you at home and/or you can catch up for 7 days. The session will be 50-55mins and you just need a free space about the width of a yoga mat take part. We occasionally make use of common pieces of small equipment like weights or a resistance band. You can always make use of no equipment or other household items instead.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings Policy: 1. Deposit and Payment - All bookings include a 50% deposit at the time of reservation. This deposit is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. - Where appropriate the remaining balance is due before the session begins. 2. Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations up to 72 hours before the session: Clients may cancel their booking up to 72 hours before the scheduled session without forfeiting the remaining balance. However, the 50% deposit remains non-refundable. - Cancellations within 72 hours of the session: If a cancellation is made within 72 hours of the scheduled session, the client forfeits 100% of the total fee. 3. Rescheduling and Substitutions - Depending on the service, it may be possible to transfer the booking to another date or substitute the participant with another person. This is subject to availability and must be confirmed by our team in advance. 4. Monthly Member Cancellations: - Online paying monthly members who book and subsequently cancel their session are not subject to any cancellation fee. 5. Online Classes and Courses: - Online classes and courses are non-refundable in accordance with distance selling regulations related to digital products. 6. Additional Terms: - This policy applies to all bookings unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of booking. - We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time, and any changes will be communicated to clients promptly.
