In this session we will focus on hips. The hips are involved in most of the movements in the body so it's important that they function well. Don't worry if you have pain in your back or hips this session is also suitable for you. you might want a bolsters, rolled up blanket or folded pillow. A foam roller or half foam roller also works well. Please make sure that the space you have to work out in is safe and clutter free. This session is (as usual) all about rest and relaxation. We start off standing and rolling through a few Qi Gong flows that suit the autumn season. We them come on to the floor, to run through some gentle whole body moves that promote the right combination of strength, flexibility and relaxation. Grab any bolsters, cushions or blankets if you have them available. As always this session is suitable for all levels. Make sure your space is safe and suitable to move around in and that you get in touch with your healthcare professional should you have any concerns. In the relaxation session at the end we will focus on the mindfulness process of R.A.I.N.

This is a nice relaxing stretch out. Nothing crazy. You might want a blanket or cushion for under your knee. Make sure your space is safe to exercise in and ask your healthcare provider if you have any concerns. Enjoy :)
