This space exists to help you maintain your cool, physically and mentally, through simple, steady practice.
Inside the Wellness Club you’ll find a monthly pathway combining Yoga Nidra, Pilates, breathwork, and Tai Chi. Together, these practices support nervous system regulation, joint health, strength, balance, and mental clarity. They are offered in a way that is practical, accessible, and realistic for a busy life.
This club is for women who are capable and active but starting to notice that their body needs a different kind of care. You may be managing ongoing aches, fluctuating energy, or the sense that pushing harder no longer works. The practices here are designed to meet those changes with intelligence rather than force.
You don’t need to do everything. Follow the monthly pathway, dip in as needed, or return to the practices that support you most. This is not about improvement or optimisation, it’s about staying steady, supported, and able to enjoy your life.

Start with the monthly timetable. It’s designed to give you a clear, manageable rhythm so you’re not left wondering what to do or when.
You don’t need to warm up, catch up, or be at a particular level. Simply choose a session, show up, and let the structure do the work. The timetable balances Yoga Nidra, Pilates, breathwork, and Tai Chi to support steady movement, nervous system regulation, and recovery across the month.
If you miss a session, nothing is lost. Pick up where you are and keep going. This is about continuity, not momentum.
