The club includes Yoga Nidra for deep rest and nervous system regulation, Pilates for strength, mobility, and injury-aware movement, breathwork to support stress regulation and focus, and Tai Chi for balance, coordination, and gentle whole-body resilience. These practices are delivered online and can be accessed anywhere, at any time.
