The truth is, you are not a machine with a maintenance schedule. You are a person, living through seasons, weathering actual ones, you sit with it outside your window and your body and mind shift with them whether your routine accounts for it or not.
These sessions do.
Four times a year, in person and online, we stop pretending that January's routine should still be working in October. We take stock of what the season is actually asking of us, shed what's stopped fitting, and figure out what to carry forward.
Yin(ish) yoga, Yoga Nidra and reflective Yoga practice led by Adele.
No jargon, no up-down, up-down flows, no crystals.
Just two hours that treat you like a person rather than a project.

Spring – The Reset
You wouldn't wear your winter coat in April. So why are you still carrying January? Spring is for shedding what stopped fitting, physically, mentally, the lot. This session gives you two hours to put it down, take stock, and figure out what you actually want to grow into over the rest of the year.
Late Summer – The Full Expression
Summer is when you wear the thing you bought but weren't quite ready for. This session is for stepping into that. Proverbially wearing the good clothes just because. More movement, more energy, more of whatever you've been holding back. With enough restoration built in so you don't burn through it all by midsummer.
Autumn – The Full Expression
Every season you clear out the wardrobe. Some things go to the charity shop, some things you wonder why you ever bought, somethings absolutely spark joy. Autumn in your body and mind works the same way. This session helps you work out what to keep and what to finally let go of.
Winter– The Edit
A capsule wardrobe. Essentials only, absolutely nothing unnecessary. Winter is the season for that kind of clarity, stripping back, resting properly and letting your nervous system do what it actually needs to do to get you through. Blankets worn inside and outside of the house.
Typical Seasonal Session Schedule:
