Small group (5 participants max) fitness classes offering individualised attention while working out on the Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair, Pedi-Pole and mat in Orkney. Increase your core strength, personal awareness, understanding of your range and mobility, how to move functionally and range of mobility, build confidence and most importantly have fun! The Pilates Circuit offers an affordable entry on to the equipment, set goals and leave feeling great.
