Enjoy up to 12 hours of new and refreshing practices every month to keep your routine exciting, flexible and effective. You have access to professional and experienced instructors that can give you personalised guidance.
2. Monthly Seasonal Yoga Nidra & Guided Mindful Relaxation:
Deepen your relaxation with specialized sessions designed to restore your inner calm. Yoga Nidra, Moving meditation and mindfulness can you learn how to rest, relax and unwind. These types of practices will equip you with relaxation techniques that help with stress management and overall peace.
3. Replays and On-Demand Sessions:
Access your favorite sessions anytime, anywhere. Convenience is key. Sometimes the best thing for your health is catching that social event or ditching the timetabled class to head out into nature if the weather allows. That's fine, your session will be waiting for you and all of those other activities contribute to the weekly suggested totatls too!
4. The Mind Gym:
Enrich your mind with our extensive library of supportive resources. There will be monthly activities to support mindset awareness too. Exercise releases enorphins, mindfulness sessions reduce cortisol, a little knowledge can help you capture the difference for yourself so you can feel an inner sense of acheivement which is the best accountability tool there is.

Enjoy handpicked playlists that enhance your practice.
6. Pranayama Breathwork
Reflect and grow with our library of simple breathwork exercises. Clear your mind or energise, you choose.
7.Connect with the WhatsApp Group:
Reflect and connect in our new forum and get that Community Feeling.
