This gentle, relaxed class focuses on simple movements and postures to help you unwind, process emotions, and truly relax - all from the comfort of your home. There’s no pressure to achieve specific poses. This session is all about finding what feels good for you.
You don’t need fancy props, maybe grab a pillow or cushion, or use whatever you have around the house to make your practice comfortable.
