The Self-Care Saturday Sessions

We can't go out, so let's make the best of staying in. I'm not going to lie... A few yoga and fitness teachers have put our heads together and developed a super set of day retreat sessions designed to help you relax and renew. We have a mixture of sessions including yoga flows, restorative work, pilates, functional movement and even a chat over a relaxing cuppa all designed with relaxation in mind. Tickets for the full day will cost £25.


If you can't make any of the sessions on the day they will be available to watch for the following week.



Schedule

  • 9am - Easy mornIng slow flow yoga (Gemma)

  • 10am - Resilience & me Lecture (Adele)

  • 11am - Powered by pilates (Adele)

  • 12pm - break for Lunch

  • 1:30pm - Restore & Meditate (Sara)

  • 3pm - functional Yoga (Amanda)

  • 4pm - pranayAma & vinyasa flow (Sara)
