We can't go out, so let's make the best of staying in. I'm not going to lie... A few yoga and fitness teachers have put our heads together and developed a super set of day retreat sessions designed to help you relax and renew. We have a mixture of sessions including yoga flows, restorative work, pilates, functional movement and even a chat over a relaxing cuppa all designed with relaxation in mind. Tickets for the full day will cost £25.
If you can't make any of the sessions on the day they will be available to watch for the following week.
