Learn how we can we help our students find a comfortable resting shape, learning how to time yoga Nidra sessions. Week 3 | You the teacher Practice Foundations & the supporting the student Journey and explore the inner journey of Yoga Nidra as a path to self-discovery. Week 4 | Learning the Yoga Nidra protocol How to develop and integrate a sankalpa and learn the outlining protocol with specific techniques to write your own.
