TaiChi Flow with Qigong

This week I have felt a shift in my thought process during practice - things come into my mind and the task is to move them away in order to be fully present. It's been hard but I now realise I can simply say the thought out loud and leave it there. The thought was and still is "there is a time to gather and a time to let go!' That's it........
