You can choose throughout this sessions whether you focus on relaxation or gentle invigoration. Having choices can be a great way to relax the nervous system and we incorporate elements of mindfulness into our movement and actions.
Expect constructive rest, deep breaths, visualisations, flowing movements with gentle rotations. We will finish with the option of a quiet relaxation.
As always make sure that your space is safe and suitable to move around in, use common sense. This class is designed for all levels and abilities but if you have any health concerns get in touch with your health-care provider.
