You'll be confident and able to:

Finally feel confident to ditch the blue book of scripts

At the end of this Yoga Nidra course you'll have the confidence to set aside the well-worn blue scripts and guide from a place of authenticity, helping you craft sessions that reflect your own voice and experience which suit the students in front of you. You’ll no longer feel the need to rely on someone else’s words, but instead, trust in your own ability to connect with and guide your students by offering more personalized and meaningful Yoga sessions.

Develop a deeper connection to Yoga for yourself and your students

After completing your YTT, you may feel a pull to go deeper in your teaching, to offer more than just poses and sequences. This course will gently guide you toward connecting with your inner practice, allowing you to teach with increased authenticity by building confidence in what you have to offer as your own teacher. As you grow more grounded in your own experience, you’ll naturally gain stronger, more genuine connections with your students, creating a space where both you and your students can thrive.

Pay homage to the roots of Yoga

If you're eager to integrate yoga philosophy into your teaching but aren’t sure how, this course will provide you with practical tools to weave these teachings into your sessions, making them more impactful and aligned with the true essence of yoga. You'll learn how yoga Nidra directly honours the deeper roots of yoga and how you can bring that to your teaching. This course will offer you practical tools to weave yoga philosophy seamlessly into your sessions. By reconnecting with the true essence of yoga, you’ll create classes that not only guide students through movement but also invite them into a more meaningful exploration of the practice, deeply rooted in some of the ideas you'll have read about in the Sutras and the Gita.

Accessible by design

If you've been wondering about how to offer more accessible yoga sessions for your students, this course will show you how to create inclusive practices that meet the needs of all students, regardless of their abilities or experience. The best part is that we can make Yoga more accessible by design rather than a secondary consideration.

How does it work to study Yoga Nidra in a virtual format?

This is an excellent question. Adele has been offering a mixture of live and online sessions for over a decade, and her approach is rooted in the philosophical underpinnings of Yoga which goes beyond the physical body. The whole offering is inspired entirely by these aspects of yoga— including lessons intention (sankalpa), self-study (svadhyaya) and more as they relate to offering hands-on assists. In other words, this course offers an opportunity for a deep inquiry into why we assist and how we connect when we do.
