The changing seasons can have a fundamental impact on our wellbeing. This full year of seasonal classes has five sessions designed to be practiced throughout the year to find balance whatever the weather. We draw on Yoga, Qi Gong and Mindfulness throughout these sessions and use the qualities of the season as our inspiration. This Course is yours to keep and practice at your own pace. You can stream or download the classes and watch as many times as you like.
